In order to ensure a superior quality of its products, the company buys almost the entire raw material required for the annual production during the harvest, storage of wheat takes place directly in its own silos, after careful analysis multiresidual at the accredited laboratory CE.FI.T

In the mill, adjacent to the silos, is ground daily only the amount of organic Sicilian durum wheat which will be transformed into pasta within 24 hours to preserve all the flavor and nutrients in the final product.
